Job Summary

Monitor network performance in real time by tracking daily critical metrics, escalating when thresholds are met, and maintaining dashboards and daily reports. Serve as a point of contact during incidents, liaise with resolvers for troubleshooting information, and manage stakeholder communications throughout incident lifecycles. Perform audits and reviews, manage handoff and event monitoring tasks, and continuously recommend process improvements to help ensure business processes work as designed.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor daily critical metrics and trigger escalation procedures when thresholds are reached.
•Maintain dashboards and prepare/send daily reports; analyze real-time performance issues and recommend solutions.
•Act as point of contact for operations during incidents and coordinate information collection/validation for troubleshooting.
•Track and review reported incidents, provide close-the-loop reporting, and send stakeholder communications during incidents.
•Perform audits/reviews, manage handoff emails and event monitoring, maintain process documentation/governance, and prioritize tasks while recommending process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Amenable to an onsite work setup.
•Work schedule: 8 PM to 5 AM, MLA.
•1.5 years of relevant process management experience or call center experience.
•Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with strong Google Sheets and MS Excel skills.
•Strong analytical, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with urgency in escalation and resolution.
