Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for access control features including Digital Key, NFC, BLE, OTA, Diagnostics, and Passive Entry.
  • •Define automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices to improve validation scalability and efficiency.
  • •Develop automated regression test suites and own automation infrastructure, including HIL setups, test benches, vehicle test environments, and connected test systems.
  • •Create automated reporting solutions (dashboards, validation metrics, and release readiness reports) and drive test planning and documentation.
  • •Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations, and mentor junior engineers while setting automation standards across the validation organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in automotive test automation, validation engineering, or development verification.
  • •Expert Python skills and strong CAPL development experience.
  • •Extensive experience with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer and automotive test automation environments.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive validation methodologies, test planning, release processes, and CI/CD integration workflows.
