Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze IOC reports to identify performance gaps and improvement areas, including top sellers and slow movers.
  • •Monitor outlet performance and campaign productivity; ensure timely new store displays and stock availability.
  • •Drive stock management by reviewing stock cover, managing slow movers/last-piece/expired stock, and coordinating assortment allocation.
  • •Coordinate operations including ICT checks and approvals, store queries on ranging/de-ranging and pricing updates, and warehouse coordination.
  • •Support marketing and visual merchandising activities such as sale/promo planning and ecommerce photo shoots, and participate in SOP creation and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory planning, or merchandising.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • •Knowledge of stock systems and retail SOPs is an advantage.
  • •Ability to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports including stock take and damage reviews.
