Job Summary

Maintain and operate large-scale global network infrastructure within a 24x7 shift-based operations team. Remotely diagnose hardware issues, manage and troubleshoot network equipment, monitor alarms from servers/routers/switches, and respond to incidents based on SLA severity. Partner with field technicians, data centers, and external providers to support installations and repairs, while improving fault detection through alerts, runbooks, automation, and operational documentation.

•Manage remote hardware assets and troubleshoot issues remotely.
