Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • •Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices while promoting continuous improvement.
  • •Remove impediments and resolve issues that affect team productivity and delivery commitments.
  • •Support end-to-end Value Stream delivery by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and improving flow efficiency.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain the product backlog, align delivery outcomes to business objectives, and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • •Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • •Ability to coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices.
  • •Experience applying Lean methodologies and Value Stream Management to improve flow efficiency and reduce lead time.
  • •Ability to monitor delivery metrics (velocity, capacity planning, flow metrics, cycle time, throughput, and WIP) and drive continuous improvement.
