Lead end-to-end growth initiatives for Roblox’s global growth engine, spanning user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, personalization, creator growth, and product-led growth. Own experimentation, measurement frameworks, and incrementality-based strategy while partnering with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance. Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media investments and translate analyses into clear recommendations to help define the long-term growth roadmap and operating model.
