Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at a Carvana logistics field operation site, coordinating with site leaders and aligning execution to site goals. Review and adjust daily route schedules with logistics planning teams, ensure workplace safety standards (including Gemba walks), and provide mentoring, performance management, and succession planning for direct reports. Support inventory movement through the warehouse workflow by coordinating shifts and distributing work to meet business needs.
