Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day supervision of Structural/Mechanical/Piping teams to meet safety, reliability, quality and productivity targets
  • •Supervise multiple activities and workgroups to ensure consistency and efficiency in delivery
  • •Support planning and coordination of the maintenance program with scheduler
  • •Direct resources to complete tasks and avoid rework while maintaining safety standards
  • •Lead and participate in investigations and communicate lessons learned at safety meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Lead the Structural/Mechanical/Piping teams to deliver scheduled work in a safe, quality-driven manner

  • •Coordinate resources and subcontractors to deliver quality work with minimal rework
