Key Responsibilities

  • •Document, digitize, and optimize command workflows and Joint Staff standards, including creating versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Develop and maintain minimum viable ontologies in OWL/RDF/SKOS and ensure models follow metadata standards for integration into MSS and WDP.
  • •Configure out-of-the-box Microsoft 365/DEOS capabilities to improve data accessibility, operational efficiency, and decision support.
  • •Train Knowledge Managers and functional users on metadata practices, knowledge capture, and modern collaboration/data platforms.
  • •Review Agile work packages for governance alignment and evaluate scope/dataflow functionality to deliver MVP increments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) with no substitutions allowed.
  • •10+ years of experience in knowledge management, process engineering, or closely related fields.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams in DoW or IC environments.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft 365 configuration experience (SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Teams governance).
  • •U.S. military headquarters or Joint Staff directorate experience, plus practical knowledge of ontologies, metadata standards, and workflow digitization.
