Use AI tools to improve documentation and streamline operational materials, and apply quality metrics, escalations, and appeals data to identify gaps and strengthen risk control across frontline and BPO teams. Collaborate globally across Policy, Product, Quality, and regional operations for consistent implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate complex policies into clear, actionable, scalable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision-making frameworks.
•Build, standardize, and maintain operations knowledge base systems, SOPs, and operational documentation with governance and version control.
•Leverage AI tools to enhance policy translation, improve documentation quality, and streamline creation of operational materials.
•Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams to bridge policy intent and operational execution.
•Use quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to identify execution gaps, uncover root causes, improve guideline consistency, and strengthen risk control.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate strong policy knowledge in the ops functional domain and connect with operational governance/processes.
•Exposure to operational workflows, QA processes, or policy execution activities focused on execution (not design ownership).
•Proven ability to support cross-functional coordination across policy, ops, product, or vendor teams.
•Basic analytical skills to structure data, identify issues, and escalate insights clearly.
•Professional proficiency in Japanese (required) and professional proficiency in English (required for cross-functional collaboration).
