Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operational results including store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • •Ensure operational standards are achieved and hold others accountable for meeting them.
  • •Assist with hiring, training, and retention of a store team aligned with Levi Strauss & Co selling practices and customer service.
  • •Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards by following corporate direction and recommending adaptations when needed.
  • •Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager, including minor employee relations issues.
