Job Summary

Lead the Digital Transformation and Generative AI agenda for the CLT organization within the Digital Transformation & Operational Governance team. Define and execute an enterprise transformation roadmap that modernizes finance operations using intelligent automation, analytics, and cloud-enabled solutions. Design scalable architectures, establish governance and standards, and drive executive stakeholder alignment. Serve as an SME, manage transformation risks and interdependencies, and mentor teams to deliver measurable operational and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated expertise across Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Analytics, Cloud Technologies, and Generative AI capabilities.
•Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Google Cloud, and Generative AI certifications (highly desirable).
•Proven experience leading enterprise transformation, automation, analytics, and Generative AI programs with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
•Strong people leadership and coaching experience, including mentoring technical and business teams, with exceptional stakeholder management.
