Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the provider lifecycle end to end: sourcing, onboarding, activation, QBR, and renewal with stage gates, owners, and SLAs.
  • •Design and maintain provider tiering (“buckets”) that define provider classification, benefits, and expectations.
  • •Create scalable program structure via templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated provider communications.
  • •Run cross-program operations including re-papering providers, launching new tiers, and rolling out new compliance attestations.
  • •Operate flagship programs (MPEAP and verified/certified provider tracks) and manage compliance cadence, reporting, and operating rhythm.
