Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger/more complex projects, ensuring contributors understand deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs; monitor risks, contingencies, hours, and expenses.
  • •Develop stakeholder engagement strategies, maintain relationships, and report progress, safety incidents, and major issues including scope and budget impacts.
  • •Support pursuit and initiation activities (e.g., Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation and pricing reviews) and participate in contract negotiations and presentations.
  • •Drive QA/QC and technical review levels, update project documentation plans (e.g., risk, project management plan, project quality plan, safety plan), and facilitate kickoffs and lessons-learned/recovery reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes and advanced analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills for project planning and decision-making.
  • •Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
  • •Advanced proficiency with technical writing and project management tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
