Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, performing diagnosis, and deciding on an approach to execute; consult others as needed.
  • •Handle problem handovers to 2nd line support and document/package all data needed for resolution (e.g., work orders and reports).
  • •Install equipment at customer locations, including unloading components, inspecting for damage, assembling, aligning, and testing.
  • •Execute hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages; support locally owned field swaps following an up-to-date plan.
  • •Perform procedure execution based on customer machine time windows, optimize processes by reporting gaps/improvements, and train customers/users on equipment use and routine maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Flexibility and openness to accommodate different work settings and collaborations with colleagues.
  • •BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience as a UIR Engineer and technical industry experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • •Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
