Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Manage customer relationships and assist with questions via in person, phone, or online ordering. Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, help merchandise and maintain safe store operations, and identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve business performance.
