•Oversee day-to-day payment processing in line with AML/Data Protection and Regulatory Reporting standards.

•Lead multi-location teams, overseeing workload, priorities, and timely completion of tasks.
•Maintain strong client communications and SLA/KPI adherence; prepare management reports and data analyses.
•Ensure audit readiness, risk controls, and continuous improvement across Transfer Agency operations.

Key Requirements

•Significant track record in a management role within a Transfer Agency/Shareholder Services function; proven people management and change management skills.
•Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment to develop procedures and policies.
•Excellent communication, first-class presentation and client-servicing skills.
•Ability to lead and manage projects and system development as required; provide training and coaching to team members.
•Strong focus on quality, adherence to standards and procedures, and effective risk management.
