Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a payments functional manager designing end-to-end solutions across ACH, wire payments, SWIFT, and real-time payment rails (e.g., RTP, FedNow).
  • •Lead current-state assessments and define target-state operating models aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
  • •Design modern, API-driven, cloud-ready and/or on-prem payment platforms, including integration patterns and data flows.
  • •Provide thought leadership to clients on key industry trends and topics.
  • •Ensure solutions meet security, resiliency, compliance, and performance standards while producing high-quality artifacts and collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in payments, banking technology, or financial services systems.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience with payment solutions for ACH, wires, SWIFT, and real-time payment rails.
  • •4+ years of end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
  • •4+ years designing modern payment solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Ability to rapidly assess client needs and provide fact-based recommendations (target operating model) and translate business requirements into pragmatic solutions.
