Job Summary

Lead and coach a team of Product Risk Specialists to strengthen product governance and risk management across new product approvals, changes, enhancements, deactivations, and ongoing monitoring. Oversee Products and Services Risk Assessments, including facilitation, evidence tracking, SME signoffs, and quality review for governance forums. Partner with 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders to drive credible challenge, mitigation, reporting, and documentation maintenance, while building dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and escalation pathways.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Risk Specialists to ensure priorities, execution, and alignment to product governance objectives across product portfolios.
•Oversee and quality-review Products and Services Risk Assessments, including intake readiness, evidence tracking, SME signoffs, and governance materials for relevant forums.
•Partner with 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders to promote effective risk identification, credible challenge, issue resolution, control alignment, and timely mitigation.
•Monitor product-owned issues, audit findings, policy exceptions, and control gaps to support remediation, evidence retention, reporting, and escalation.
•Develop management reporting (dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, attestations) and maintain product governance documentation, training, readiness, and change management activities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales, or similar fields.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Masters or MBA preferred.
•Previous leadership experience required.
•Advanced understanding of the Three Lines of Defense model (1LOD ownership and 2LOD credible challenge), risk appetite alignment, audit readiness, and governance evidence requirements.
•Advanced knowledge of banking products (including treasury management and credit cards) and regulatory/legal compliance obligations.
