Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern Java back-end and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
•Implement continuous integration and deployment in Cloud/DevOps environments by automating CI/CD pipelines.
•Collaborate closely with product teams in an agile ecosystem to translate functional needs into precise technical specifications.
•Experiment with and integrate Artificial Intelligence across projects to drive innovation for clients.
•Contribute to the agency’s technical life and mentoring efforts, with opportunities to evolve into Tech Lead, trainer, or managerial roles.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer with Java and Angular or React
•Strong proficiency in Cloud and DevOps, including CI/CD
•Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and AI
•Ability to collaborate with product teams in an agile environment and translate functional needs into technical specs
•Willingness to evolve into strategic internal roles such as Tech Lead, trainer or manager
