Senior Design Manager (QA)

Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for projects, from concept through detailed design, BOQ and IFCs, ensuring full contract compliance. Oversee creative direction and design deliverables, manage design documentation and technical specifications, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate designs into execution. Minimize cost through value engineering, support HSE initiatives, and manage/mentor designers while continually improving design workflows with the right tools.
