Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the overall architecture strategy for ServiceNow deliveries in Norway.
  • •Ensure architectural consistency, reuse, and quality across projects and customers.
  • •Advise on complex projects including technology and platform choices, security, data modeling and integrations.
  • •Serve as Devoteam’s principal technical advisor on ServiceNow and related technologies, including AI and automation.
  • •Participate in strategic dialogues with customers and partners, contributing to presales, solution design, and technical sales.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including architectural responsibility in larger projects
  • •Platform architecture experience, managing technical debt and establishing technical roadmaps
  • •Broad expertise across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine, IRM and/or CSM
  • •Solid understanding of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), security and data modeling
  • •Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into technology
  • •Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of teams
  • •Certifications such as CMA, CIS, CSA are a plus
  • •Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
