Cluster Manager

Oversee the operations and financial performance of a smaller cluster of retail stores for a specific brand in a designated area. Drive sales growth by monitoring targets and market trends, manage inventory and shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and loss-prevention guidelines. Lead and develop store teams through recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, and staffing coverage. Coordinate with area and brand stakeholders and deliver regular store performance reporting.
