Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, tune, and refine AI agents that digitize and streamline sales operational tasks.
  • •Implement and improve prompts and context strategies to achieve efficient output and performance.
  • •Research, curate, and implement API/MCP integrations and orchestrated workflows within and across agents.
  • •Apply last-mile data transformations to connect source data with agent workflows.
  • •Maintain logic documentation/diagrams, monitor agent performance, and realign agents as requirements and technologies evolve.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or advanced degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Business Analytics, Math/Statistics, or related areas.
  • •7+ years in applied AI engineering (or related), with at least 2 years in agentic development or equivalent context + timely engineering.
  • •Expert Python proficiency with modular, object-oriented code, strict typing, and rigorous unit/integration testing for production.
  • •Experience building real-time interactive agents and batch agentic workflows in production.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM stacks/frameworks and agent orchestration (e.g., OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/LangChain) plus RAG pipelines.
