•Supervise order tracking, adherence to deadlines, and quality commitments; manage invoicing and flow of physical/information.
•Drive transformation of procurement processes and supplier relationships to improve responsiveness and reduce lead times.
•Define and monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, prepare regular performance reports for the General Management, and drive corrective actions.

•15 years of experience in Supply Chain in a related industry
•Strong transformation experience of industrial processes and change management
•Solid experience in team management and leadership
•Analytical and synthesis mindset with strong prioritization
•English required; Italian a plus
