  • •Coordinate the PIC/S&OP process with production and commercial teams to meet delivery deadlines and stock targets.
  • •Supervise order tracking, adherence to deadlines, and quality commitments; manage invoicing and flow of physical/information.
  • •Drive transformation of procurement processes and supplier relationships to improve responsiveness and reduce lead times.
  • •Define and monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, prepare regular performance reports for the General Management, and drive corrective actions.
