Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement quality assurance concepts for new developments and changes considering customer, standards, and aviation requirements.
  • •Lead, coordinate, and moderate quality planning for new projects (including APQP, PPAP) and series projects.
  • •Continuously develop and maintain quality planning activities such as Zero-Defect-Plan (ZDP).
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and initiate preventive and continuous improvement measures to advance preventive quality assurance.
  • •Plan, monitor, and evaluate development activities, conduct and document audits and reviews, and manage corrective actions for deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
  • •Relevant professional experience in quality management.
  • •Knowledge of modern QM methods and quality assurance tools such as product audits and PFMEA.
  • •Experience with quality planning (e.g., APQP).
  • •Very good English skills in spoken and written communication.
