Engineer - Production

Plan, manage, and optimize joinery production operations to deliver products efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Prepare daily/weekly production plans, coordinate manpower and machine allocation, and supervise cutting, assembly, veneering, polishing, and packing. Review shop drawings and cutting lists, monitor CNC and other machinery, control quality and costs, minimize defects and rework, and ensure material and inventory availability while maintaining health and safety compliance.
