Job Summary

Lead AI computer vision and robotics product discovery, evaluation, and delivery within a Technical Product Management team. Drive MVP-focused roadmap execution by translating business needs into technical features and balanced engineering backlogs. Partner across architecture, engineering, service management, vendors, and Technical Product Owners to run Program Increment Planning and demos, while managing product catalogue data quality and mentoring TPOs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of AI computer vision and robotics solutions, translating business needs into scalable products aligned to enterprise architecture and governance.
•Lead a team of Technical Product Owners to decompose prioritized initiatives into Technical Features for engineering team backlogs, focusing on MVP.
•Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning and effectively sequence and prioritize backlogs.
•Partner with architecture, engineering, and service management to balance backlogs and ensure technical debt, non-functional requirements, and system enablers are captured and cascaded.
•Own product catalogue data quality and analytics for target metrics and value post delivery, and develop/mentor TPOs while driving vendor partnerships and upgrades.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with Information Technology experience.
•8+ years knowledge with a degree in a relevant domain such as Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, or e-commerce.
•3–5 years practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner with AI Computer Vision & Robotics knowledge/skills.
•Be well-versed in tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
•Strong understanding of computer vision (image/video analytics, object detection, recognition, tracking, real-time AI inference) and robotics ecosystems (autonomous systems, robotic process integration, sensors, edge computing, human-machine interaction).
