Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support I.
  • •Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and test plans.
  • •Ability to operate tools and equipment such as micrometers, multimeters, power supplies, data loggers, and other process/test equipment.
  • •Ability to repetitively handle glass coupons, plates, and finished modules.
  • •Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn to use JMP and SQL for scripts and simple dataset analysis upon training.
