Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers while maintaining hands-on technical depth for configurations.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) transition across IT and cloud infrastructure, establishing identity as the perimeter, inhibiting lateral movement, and protecting data survivability.
  • •Own and operationalize 24/7 SecOps, including monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, and outsourced MDR/SOC vendor oversight with rapid triage and containment.
  • •Design and maintain blast-radius reduction solutions, including micro-segmentation guardrails and ephemeral workload identity controls to replace static credentials.
  • •Operationalize risk-based vulnerability management (RBVM) using the Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM), defining patch/remediation SLAs and partnering on mitigation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 209,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of dedicated cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure security, or SecOps experience, with 3+ years managing, leading, or mentoring security teams.
  • •Experience overseeing incident response programs and managing external vendors (24/7 outsourced MDR/SOC partners and SIEM/EDR/XDR toolsets).
  • •Deep technical expertise in cloud security architecture (ideally GCP), including micro-segmentation models, ephemeral workload identity controls, and securing CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Strong analytical ability to map risk relationships and apply Zero Trust Maturity Models to corporate structures (RBVM).
  • •Proven experience architecting durable AI systems or automation workflows that resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency, with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
