Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment.
•Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure every position is filled before production start-up.
•Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics and ensure machinery runs to the highest standard.
•Ensure workstations have passed USDA Inspection, promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, and ensure accurate shipments and inventory rotation.
•Perform human relations functions including training, retaining, and counseling; oversee processing operations, keep records of reworked/returned product, and provide continuous quality education.

Travel: Low travel
