Job Summary

Support industrial and process-plant automation projects by gathering client requirements and producing functional design specifications, control philosophies, and test procedures. Develop PLC/SCADA applications using Siemens STEP 7, PCS 7, and WinCC, configure and troubleshoot Profibus/Profinet/Industrial Ethernet networks, and perform FAT/SAT and site commissioning. Manage punch lists, resolve technical issues, and coordinate handover with internal and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect and document client requirements for process plant automation systems.
•Prepare functional design specifications, control philosophies, test procedures, and related engineering documents.
•Develop PLC and SCADA applications using Siemens STEP 7, PCS 7, and WinCC.
•Configure and troubleshoot communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Industrial Ethernet) and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning.
•Manage punch lists, resolve technical issues, and support project handover to the client.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.

•Excellent communication and documentation skills; valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
