Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage critical internal/external ad-hoc topics aligned with the EMEA AI Adoption Lead, including prequalification and resolution/escalations.
  • •Prepare executive-level communications for customer and internal/external meetings, including research, storylines, and pre-reads.
  • •Document decisions and track action items through to completion, ensuring follow-through on strategic alignments.
  • •Update monthly AI Reporting dashboards and create AI Status reports across EMEA markets.
  • •Deliver AI demos and workshops and coordinate logistics for enablement and go-to-market adoption events, including weekly Steercos support.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Informatics, Business Management, or Computer Science (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • •Strong skills creating executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • •Strong Excel skills to create complex reports and dashboards.
  • •Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
