Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for middle and back office application suites. Own BDD-based test development and automation across .NET, Java, and Python systems, creating Gherkin scenarios and covering UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests. Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, GitHub Actions), partner with DevOps and engineering teams to prioritize automation, and contribute to performance and security testing while documenting results and defects.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, system, and integration testing across UI, API, and backend systems.
•Develop and enhance test plans and test cases, and write automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
•Partner with development and DevOps engineers to prioritize manual test cases for automation and improve the quality engineering process.
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
•Execute and document test cases and results, log and manage defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues; also support performance and security testing initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience automating manual test cases using Playwright (or Selenium, TestComplete, Playwright, or Cypress) for desktop applications developed in .NET and Java.
•Knowledge of Java and SQL, including database management systems such as MySQL and SQL Server.
•Experience with CI/CD integration and test automation tools, including Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
•Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix services.
•Hands-on experience with JIRA and test management tools, plus DevOps integration tools (e.g., Bitbucket) and BDD/TDD frameworks.
