Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the face of Deliveroo for new restaurant partners and help them get set up to take orders
  • •Collaborate with the launch, sales, and account management teams to support onboarding and ongoing partner needs
  • •Develop and maintain daily call plans and manage customer interactions with high service standards
  • •Navigate requests with empathy and problem-solving to meet KPI targets
  • •Report to the Restaurant Launch Team Lead and contribute to a cohesive onboarding process
