Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical expert during the sales cycle; lead client workshops, define project scopes, and present technical solutions to stakeholders to secure buy-in.
•Architect long-term technical visions for AM, IGA, and PAM that prioritize threat reduction and align with the client’s business goals.
•Lead the technical evaluation and selection of enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk), ensuring they integrate seamlessly into a wider security stack.
•Define the technical standards for Zero Trust, including Conditional Access, Risk-Based Authentication, and Micro-segmentation at the identity layer.
•Determine the strategic adoption of protocols such as OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, and OAuth2 to solve complex authentication challenges.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a technical Engineering field
•5+ years in Cybersecurity Strategy or IAM Architecture with pre-sales or client-facing advisory
•Deep understanding of identity protocols and how attackers exploit them, able to discuss Token Exchange and JIT Provisioning
•Practical application of security frameworks such as NIST 800-63 or ISO 27001 from a technical controls perspective
•Tri-lingual proficiency: English, Dutch and French (verbal and written)
