Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, inspire and develop a team of engineers delivering complex systems engineering outcomes
  • •Manage engineering activities across scope, schedule, budget, risks and opportunities
  • •Ensure the quality, integrity and compliance of engineering products and services
  • •Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentorship across the team
  • •Engage effectively with Defence customers and key stakeholders to achieve program objectives

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Naval Architecture or equivalent)
  • •15+ years of experience within the Defence industry
  • •Proven track record leading and managing engineering teams in complex environments
  • •Strong understanding of engineering governance, standards and lifecycle delivery
  • •Current or ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance
