Key Responsibilities

•Lead, inspire and develop a team of engineers delivering complex systems engineering outcomes
•Manage engineering activities across scope, schedule, budget, risks and opportunities
•Ensure the quality, integrity and compliance of engineering products and services
•Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentorship across the team
•Engage effectively with Defence customers and key stakeholders to achieve program objectives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Naval Architecture or equivalent)
•15+ years of experience within the Defence industry
•Proven track record leading and managing engineering teams in complex environments
•Strong understanding of engineering governance, standards and lifecycle delivery
•Current or ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance
