Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage early during pre-production ramp to support transition from NPI to mass production sustaining.
  • •Own the sustaining lifecycle for silicon products, ensuring stability, cost-efficiency, and quality through EOL.
  • •Partner with Test and Product Engineering on yield improvements, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure for yield excursions.
  • •Coordinate ECO execution and validation to maintain product integrity and minimize supply chain disruption.
  • •Support second-source qualification and EOL planning, including LTB coordination, inventory management, and customer transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • •5-7 years of experience in semiconductor production, sustaining engineering, or high-tech program management.
  • •Proven experience managing silicon yield improvement, ECO processes, and manufacturing qualifications.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) operations and quality/reliability standards.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including managing complex technical issues across teams.
