Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the team in meeting personal sales and store KPI goals including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Process incoming shipments, transfers, RTVs, and repairs; verify quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies.
  • •Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness while monitoring inventory levels and replenishing merchandise to the sales floor.
  • •Participate in inventory audits and maintain/upkeep offsite inventory lists (if applicable) while reviewing product reporting and partnering on supply needs.
  • •Follow company policies, manage timecards for payroll accuracy, and support the training and development of stock associates.
