Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within project timelines to deliver drawings and designs on schedule.
  • •Create production, shop, and as-built drawings based on site measurements and coordination with contractors.
  • •Address design challenges by proposing solutions that ensure functionality and manufacturability.
  • •Maintain organized storage and retrieval of technical drawings and documents, and close out technical/material submittals.
  • •Support onsite material testing and contribute to HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident reporting/resolution in line with company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to produce production, shop, and as-built drawings from site measurements.
  • •Ability to create architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with technical specifications.
  • •5+ years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience and GCC experience considered a plus.
  • •Knowledge of budgeting/cost analysis principles and cost accounting to support cost control and optimization.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
