Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute Lattice’s talent acquisition strategy aligned to company goals and workforce plans.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team to drive quality, efficiency, and strong stakeholder partnership.
  • •Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to translate workforce plans into hiring strategies and decisions.
  • •Use recruiting data and quality-of-hire insights to improve sourcing, assessment, interview, selection, and closing practices; report progress, pipeline health, and risks.
  • •Reimagine recruiting approaches for an AI-driven hiring market, building diverse talent pipelines and strengthening the employer brand; lead critical searches when needed.

  • •Significant talent acquisition experience, including leading and developing high-performing in-house recruiting teams.
