Job Summary

Serve as an analytical leader supporting global logistics by owning KPI and reporting processes, translating large datasets into executive summaries, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver recurring updates and ad hoc leadership requests. Build and standardize dashboards and reporting tools, act as a pro user for the Transportation Management System, and drive continuous improvement and automation to enhance data integrity and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support planning, tracking, and execution of global logistics reporting and KPIs, including recurring performance updates and inflation guidance.
•Translate large datasets into executive-level summaries, actionable insights, and cost reduction opportunities.
•Own reporting workstreams and coordinate ad hoc leadership reporting requests with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Serve as a pro user for the Transportation Management System and dashboard reporting tools, including training and support for end users.
•Partner with IT to standardize reporting tools and data governance, and lead continuous improvement and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, systems, or analytics-focused roles.
•Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across global teams and time zones.
•Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and summarize insights for leadership.
•Advanced Excel skills (including modeling, data manipulation, automation such as Power Query) and analytics/data visualization experience using Oracle, Power BI, or other SQL-based tools.
