Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, tracking, and execution of global logistics reporting and KPIs, including recurring performance updates and inflation guidance.
  • •Translate large datasets into executive-level summaries, actionable insights, and cost reduction opportunities.
  • •Own reporting workstreams and coordinate ad hoc leadership reporting requests with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a pro user for the Transportation Management System and dashboard reporting tools, including training and support for end users.
  • •Partner with IT to standardize reporting tools and data governance, and lead continuous improvement and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, systems, or analytics-focused roles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across global teams and time zones.
  • •Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and summarize insights for leadership.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (including modeling, data manipulation, automation such as Power Query) and analytics/data visualization experience using Oracle, Power BI, or other SQL-based tools.
