Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the publicity, partnerships & social team with reception, weekly WIPs, and general admin support including proof-reading, research, and presentation drafts.
  • •Support publicity activities by chasing and collating partnership activity, in-market advertising, social coverage, and reviews; compile post-campaign wrap reports and POPs.
  • •Assist with PR/influencer send-outs, preview screening/premiere planning and execution, junket preparations, and owned-channel social calendar updates and maintenance.
  • •Help manage creative services by downloading and organizing film trailers, updating film ratings on AV assets in ClearCap, and performing minor AV and print edits.
  • •Run monthly Meta giveaways and support release-day checks across exhibitor websites and social channels, including collecting Exhib POPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • •Understanding of all social media platforms.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
  • •Ability to take initiative and work independently, with excellent communication and teamwork.
  • •Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and Canva experience would be advantageous.
