Partner with a Global E-Commerce Operations business unit to translate strategy into people plans, talent and organizational initiatives. Drive high-quality HR practices across performance reviews, learning and development, employee retention, employee engagement programs, and HR guidance on staffing, performance management, and employee relations. Collaborate with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team on headcount planning, interviews, recruitment support, and employee disciplinary matters.
