  • •Manage, coach, and develop Production Supervisors to strengthen frontline leadership and accountability.
  • •Monitor production performance (staffing, labor utilization, workflow, truck times, and quality measures) and respond to material variances.
  • •Coordinate resources across production areas so work moves efficiently and customer commitments are met.
  • •Maintain consistent application of operating procedures, performance expectations, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
