Assistant Driver Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day ground operations for three driver operations sub-teams, partnering with Team Leads to optimize end-to-end driver lifecycle workflows. Use operational KPIs and data reporting to diagnose performance drops, run turnaround plans, and coach Team Leads. Act as the central operational link between sub-teams and key stakeholders, manage capacity and budgets, and translate regional strategy updates into local action plans in Kuala Lumpur.
