Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead tester development and validation for new product launches and other division-led product testing projects.
  • •Write and review test equipment specifications; support supplier selection and quotation processes.
  • •Coordinate design, procurement, industrialization, transfer, installation, and validation of test equipment, fixtures, and processes.
  • •Set up and validate test equipment; load/update test sequences and firmware; configure machine parameters.
  • •Drive readiness for production testing and troubleshoot tester issues, including analyzing early performance data using Six Sigma and Lean approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three years of engineering experience designing, building, and operating production test equipment.
  • •Familiarity with test scripting tools and basic instrumentation control methods.
  • •Basic programming skills for test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW or similar).
  • •Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
