Banking Operations Analyst

Support international BPO banking operations with a focus on KYC/AML/CDD. You’ll ensure compliance with required concepts and processes, maintain SLAs, perform quality audits, and handle complex cases using process knowledge and escalation when needed. The role includes coordinating with team members, following technical protocols, participating in training, and working flexible night shifts with strong English oral communication.
