  • •Independently manage production, quality, availability, and manufacturing efficiency; escalate and drive resolution for critical issues.
  • •Manage relationships with factory management and implement adidas best practices to achieve operational excellence.
  • •Influence factory production/quality middle management and drive change to achieve production objectives.
  • •Validate and confirm T1 capacity offers and follow up on availability performance under constraints.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Independently identify issues, analyze complex production facts, and make correct decisions without undermining required standards.
  • •Manage production, quality, production availability, and manufacturing efficiency; escalate critical issues and drive resolution.
  • •Ability to manage factory relationships and apply the right resources, processes, tools, and strategy to achieve operational excellence.
  • •University degree in product creation or related areas and 5+ years of work experience in similar roles.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong MS Office skills.
