FSQA NSIS Post-Mortem Sorter - B Shift - Dakota City

Examine and pre-sort carcasses post-mortem on a moving conveyor to determine whether product is wholesome and fit for human consumption. Verify the condition of organs and viscera, including head, tail, tongue, thymus gland, and lymph nodes, and address issues in line with regulations, guidelines, and training. Assist with post-mortem pre-sortation, maintain associated parts for veterinary disposition, and complete assigned duties.
